Perma-Pool Patch 10PL 10 lb POOL PATCH Pail. Perma Pool Patch is a fast setting, high strength patching and repair mortar that may be used in or out of water. It is suitable for any emergency or permanent repair to plaster. It is only available in white but cement colorants may be added.
